Refund & Return Policy — Oren Stor

We want you to love your purchase from Oren Stor. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please share an unboxing video in case of damaged items. Once we inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
